The book is fun, interactive and filled with wonderful yoga wisdom. It also includes a poster to help you with your practice. Jammed full with over 200 photographs and over 50 illustrations.

Yoga Nature Gift Vouchers
If you are wondering what to get a dear friend or loved one how about a Yoga Nature gift voucher?
Gift Voucher 1
£26 for a five week block of yoga attending either the Monday, Thursday or Sunday evening class (space permitting). Normal cost for a five week block is £32.50 so you get one class for free.
Gift Voucher 2
£35 for a 90 minute one to one session.
Gift Voucher 3
£16 for a five week block of yoga attending either the Monday, Thursday or Sunday evening class (space permitting). Normal cost for a five week block is £20 so you get one class for free.
Gift Voucher 4
£25 for a 90 minute one to one session.
Yoga Dance Gift Voucher
If you think your dear friend or loved one would enjoy a Yoga Dance module then you can also get this as a gift voucher. Please note that when choosing this option it is optimal that the person starts the yoga dance at the beginning. Joining half way through is not an option. The cost would be the same as what the yoga dance module is advertised as plus postage and packaging.
Yoga Workshop Gift Voucher
If you see a yoga workshop that you would like your dear friend or loved one to attend then you can get this as a gift voucher as well. The cost would be the same as what the yoga workshop is advertised as plus postage and packaging.
