A workshop with Jo Bertzeletos and Medical Herbalist Sarah Golding. The theme of this workshop is balance and how to tend to our inner fire and preserve our energy. At the Autumn Equinox we may start to consider the reflection of the changing seasons on our inner and outer worlds and how we can keep them in natural alignment whilst also embracing the changes to come. During this workshop we will be exploring yoga practices such as asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practices), mudras (hand and body gestures), meditation and relaxation practices as well as looking at different plant medicines and how they can help us transition from Summer, through Autumn and Winter.
