As we have been running the Virtual Studio for many months now you can already access a great variety of pre-recorded classes (over 200 at last count), divided into the following catergories:

  • Morning & Energising Classes: These classes are designed to bring energy into our system. Ideally these should be explored in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • Druvananda Yoga: These are Yoga Nature’s signature classes. Expect posture, sequences, mantra, mudra, meditation and relaxation in these classes.

  • Energy Block Releases: These gentle flowing sequences, unique to Dru Yoga, contain a selection of movements that work together to unblock and move energy.

  • Meditative Yoga: These classes do include some postural work but also feature a deep meditation. Some of the more philosophical aspects of yoga will also be explored.

  • Yin Yoga: Yin yoga activity is slow, steady and often stationary, with long hold postures, and a sense of core softness and surrender.

  • Rest & Restore Yoga: Gentle, medicinal, deeply nourishing and purrfect for before bed.

  • Women’s Bodies, Women’s Yoga: A 4-class series in which we explore yoga for the menstrual cycle and the phases of life that a woman journeys through.

  • Short Yoga Practices: Videos less than 30 minutes long, including short postural sequences, practices you can do sat at your desk and posture deconstructions.

  • Eat a Plate Twice: Vegan cooking videos, with a side of yoga lifestyle.

  • Yoga Philosophy: Recordings of our Satsangs.

Cost

We have a variety of memberships available for you: 

  1. A monthly subscription of £30 for those continuing to receive a good income or pension;

  2. A monthly subscription of £22 for students, concessions, and those in receipt of universal credit;

  3. £7 to drop into one online class; 

  4. If the current circumstances have hit you hard please do get in touch and we can discuss other options. We want to support you in your yoga practise.

If you go for the option of a monthly subscription (either 1 or 2) this gives you access to all the classes, past and current. You can do them whenever you want and as many times as you wish for the month you have paid for.
