Dear friend,
Before you step onto your mat and into your breath, take a quiet moment to truly listen, to the whisperings of your body, the wisdom of your bones, the ebb and flow of your own inner rhythm.
The practices shared here on are offered with love, but they are not a substitute for the care of a skilled physician. If you are pregnant, healing from injury, living with chronic conditions like high blood pressure, arthritis, or heart concerns, or if something within you simply feels unsure, please seek guidance from your doctor or a well-trained yoga teacher. Or better yet, both.
This path is not about pushing through pain or bending beyond your truth. Yoga is not a performance. It is an invitation to return to yourself, to soften, to explore, and to honour the body you have in this very moment.
There is no shame in resting. There is power in choosing not to do a pose that doesn't serve you. There are always other ways in. And sometimes, the wisest practice is to pause.
