At Yoga Nature, our one-to-one and small group sessions take place in The Aum Room - a peaceful, fully equipped studio nestled in the heart of Nether Edge, Sheffield. A sacred space for quiet transformation, The Aum Room holds space for you to explore a practice that’s tailored to your body, your breath, and your life.
Prefer to practice from home or live further afield? We also offer private yoga sessions online via Zoom.

Many of our students take their first steps with one-to-one yoga. This is a beautiful way to ease into the practice, listen to your body, and discover what style of yoga best serves your current phase of life.
These sessions help you build confidence, develop healthy alignment, and begin from a place of trust and care - both for yourself and the practice.
🌲 Deepen Your Roots
Already practising? One-to-ones can help you explore more refined elements of yoga, such as alignment, sequencing, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. Together, we gently stretch into new layers of awareness.

⚕️ A Supported Spine: Yoga for Back Health
Our Yoga for Back Care one-to-ones are designed for people experiencing discomfort, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to keep their spine healthy and strong. We work with:
Long-term back pain and postural tension
Sciatica, scoliosis, and osteoporosis
Recovery from spinal surgery or injury
Everyday back care for strength and resilience
What You’ll Learn:
Gentle anatomy of the spine and core
How to align and stabilise safely
Why yoga supports a healthy back
Sequences to stretch and strengthen your back and core
You’ll receive recordings (except the first session) to support your home practice. Sessions typically run over 12 weeks, with each lasting around 75 minutes.
After this journey, you’re welcome to continue with one-to-ones, join a regular class, or blend the two - whatever supports you best.

🌙 The Wild Nest: Women in Rhythm with the Moon
A nurturing, intimate space for women to explore the wisdom of their breath, body, and cyclical nature, either as a one-to-one or as a small group (max of 4).
Choose whether you would like to nest weekly or monthly, these gatherings honour moon cycles, feminine energy, and the sacred connection between women.
Through gentle movement, sharing, rest, and ritual, The Wild Nest becomes a space to reclaim rhythm and remember wholeness.
🌳The Grove Circle: Small Group Practice in Tune with the Seasons
Whether you're celebrating a milestone, nurturing connection, or simply gathering in stillness, our small group yoga offerings are an invitation to move, breathe, and grow together. A beautiful option for friends, families, or small groups (max of 4).
Flow together in harmony with the seasons - these small group sessions are rooted in reflection, renewal, and shared intention. Practised in the embrace of nature’s cycles, The Grove Circle supports a sense of belonging, connection, and seasonal balance.
